  • 4 Potatoes medium
  • 1 leaves Fenugreek
  • 1/4 leaves Coriander
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 Green Chillies
  • handful handful Sprouts or methi methi
  • 1 tbsp Garlic crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan. Saute the garlic.Add sliced onion and stir fry.
