Ingredients
For the Laddu
- 200 gm Cottage Cheese ensure it's fresh and of good quality., paneer
- 250 gm Milk sweetened condensed milk., condensed
- 1 tbsp Ghee adds richness and flavor. you can use unsalted butter as a substitute.
- 10 Raisins seedless raisins are recommended.
- 10 strands Saffron Strands soak in 1 teaspoon of warm milk for 10 minutes to enhance color and flavor.
- 1 tsp Milk for saffron soaking.
Instructions
Prepare the Paneer
- Bring the paneer to room temperature if refrigerated. Crumble it thoroughly by hand.
Blend the Ingredients
- Place the crumbled paneer in a blender along with the condensed milk. Blend until completely smooth, ensuring no lumps remain. This may take a few minutes.
Cook the Mixture
- Transfer the blended mixture to a non-stick pan. Add the clarified butter/ghee and cook over medium heat, stirring continuously for several minutes.
Achieve Rolling Consistency
- Continue stirring to prevent burning. Cook until the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan and forms a thick, rolling consistency.

- Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool slightly on a plate.
