Ingredients
 

For the Laddu

  • 200 gm Cottage Cheese ensure it's fresh and of good quality., paneer
  • 250 gm Milk sweetened condensed milk., condensed
  • 1 tbsp Ghee adds richness and flavor. you can use unsalted butter as a substitute.
  • 10 Raisins seedless raisins are recommended.
  • 10 strands Saffron Strands soak in 1 teaspoon of warm milk for 10 minutes to enhance color and flavor.
  • 1 tsp Milk for saffron soaking.

Instructions
 

Prepare the Paneer

  • Bring the paneer to room temperature if refrigerated. Crumble it thoroughly by hand.

Blend the Ingredients

  • Place the crumbled paneer in a blender along with the condensed milk. Blend until completely smooth, ensuring no lumps remain. This may take a few minutes.

Cook the Mixture

  • Transfer the blended mixture to a non-stick pan. Add the clarified butter/ghee and cook over medium heat, stirring continuously for several minutes.

Achieve Rolling Consistency

  • Continue stirring to prevent burning. Cook until the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan and forms a thick, rolling consistency.

Shape the Laddu

  • Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool slightly on a plate.

Assemble and Serve

  • Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls. Incorporate a raisin and a saffron strand into the center of each ball before shaping. Serve and enjoy!
