- 2.5 tbsp Oil vegetable or canola oil
- 1-1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 tbsp Butter optional, for richer flavor
Instructions
Prepare the Potato and Egg Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes and beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
