250gm..fresh homemade paneer..
125 ml or half cup condensed milk
1 tsp fresh cardamom powder
2-3 drops of rose essence
For garnish pistachios sliced
12-15 Kesar strands soaked in milk.
First grate fresh paneer and make it smooth.
Heat a pan add condensed milk add grated paneer
Add rose essence and cardamom powder and mix well and keep stirring
When mixture become thick and starts leaving sides, switch off the flame.
Let it cool. Make small byte size ladoo out of this dough and garnish it with kesar and pistachios..
