  • 250 gm Paneer fresh homemade
  • 125 ml Condensed Milk or half
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder fresh
  • 2-3 drops Rose Essence
  • Pistachios for garnish sliced
  • 12-15 strands Kesar or milk soaked in milk


  • First grate fresh paneer and make it smooth.
  • Heat a pan add condensed milk add grated paneer
  • Add rose essence and cardamom powder and mix well and keep stirring
  • When mixture become thick and starts leaving sides, switch off the flame.
  • Let it cool. Make small byte size ladoo out of this dough and garnish it with kesar and pistachios..
