Ingredients
- 250 gm Paneer fresh homemade
- 125 ml Condensed Milk or half
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder fresh
- 2-3 drops Rose Essence
- Pistachios for garnish sliced
- 12-15 strands Kesar or milk soaked in milk

Instructions
- First grate fresh paneer and make it smooth.
- Heat a pan add condensed milk add grated paneer
- Add rose essence and cardamom powder and mix well and keep stirring
- When mixture become thick and starts leaving sides, switch off the flame.
- Let it cool. Make small byte size ladoo out of this dough and garnish it with kesar and pistachios..
- Enjoy your easy peasy malai ladoo this festival..
