Ingredients
  

  • 6 Button mushroom large size
  • 50 gm Mozarella cheese
  • 50 gm Spinach finely chopped
  • 8 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 20 ml Olive oil
  • 15 gm Rosemary
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash the mushroom thorough in warm water infused with with 1 spoon salt. Get rid of there stem.
  • Now grate Mozzarella cheese & place it in a bowl. Chop spinach & garlic.
  • Take a pan. Add olive oil. To it add chop garlic. Sauté it for 30 seconds.
  • Now add the chopped spinach. Fry it till it completely dries & loses its moisture content. Add rosemary & salt to it.
  • Take the mushroom & stuff them with spinach filling & top it with grated cheese & drizzle few drops on top of it.
  • Back it in a pre heated oven in 180 degree for 5 to 7 minutes. When the cheese on the mushroom begin to turn golden brown. its ready.
