A super healthy rustic snack which consist of button Mushrooms stuffed with spinach, mozzarella cheese with lovely flavor of garlic & rosemary

Ingredients
- 6 Button mushroom large size
- 50 gm Mozarella cheese
- 50 gm Spinach finely chopped
- 8 cloves Garlic chopped
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 15 gm Rosemary
- Salt as per taste

Instructions
- Wash the mushroom thorough in warm water infused with with 1 spoon salt. Get rid of there stem.
- Now grate Mozzarella cheese & place it in a bowl. Chop spinach & garlic.
- Take a pan. Add olive oil. To it add chop garlic. Sauté it for 30 seconds.
- Now add the chopped spinach. Fry it till it completely dries & loses its moisture content. Add rosemary & salt to it.
- Take the mushroom & stuff them with spinach filling & top it with grated cheese & drizzle few drops on top of it.
- Back it in a pre heated oven in 180 degree for 5 to 7 minutes. When the cheese on the mushroom begin to turn golden brown. its ready.
