Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed Zeera
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fennel Seeds Saunf
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Seeds Dhaniya
  • 1/2 teaspoon Carom Seeds Ajwain

Instructions
 

  • In a pan add all the ingredients and add one and half glass of water. Boil the water till the water reduces to one glass.
  • Sieve the tea and consume one glass of this detox tea post dinner. The taste is also very nice.

  • Follow a low carb diet along with this tea.
