Ingredients
  

  • 1 Litter full cream milk
  • Lychee pulp 1/1/2 cup
  • Milkmaid 2 tbsp
  • Crushed almond 1 tbsp
  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Mava 1 tbsp
  • Ice cream mold

Instructions
 

  • Boil the milk with string in a heavy bottom pan till thickened .
  • Make a smooth paste with lychee and mava .
  • cool the milk add lychee puree,milkmaid , cardamom powder,almonds and .mix well.
  • Pour in mold,keep in freezer for 4 to 6 hour.
