  • Clean and wash cucumber thoroughly as it is not to be peeled. Using a mandolin carefully slice the cucumbers into thin long slices

  • Add sun dried tomatoes, avocado, salt, and red chili flakes into mixer jar. Pulse it till every thing combines well and forms a paste.
  • Add chaat masala for that zing. Mix well again. Using the spoon, spread paste down the middle of a slice of cucumber.

  • Carefully roll up the cucumber stick a toothpick through to hold it all together. Garnish with tomato juliennes.
