Ingredients
- 200 gm condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup full cream milk
- 1 cup whipped cream before whipping
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions
- Mix cocoa powder in 1/4 cup milk and make the paste.
- Take a heavy bottom pan, heat milkmaid, add cocoa powder paste and milk, mix it well.
- Whipped cream till soft peaks forms with electric beater and mix in the prepared mixture, add essence, beat again for few seconds.
- Now pour the mixture into ice cream mould, cover it and set in the freezer for 6 hours or till ice cream is ready.
