200 gm condensed milk
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup full cream milk
1 cup whipped cream (before whipping)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Mix cocoa powder in 1/4 cup milk and make the paste.
Take a heavy bottom pan, heat milkmaid, add cocoa powder paste and milk, mix it well.
Whipped cream till soft peaks forms with electric beater and mix in the prepared mixture, add essence, beat again for few seconds.
Now pour the mixture into ice cream mould, cover it and set in the freezer for 6 hours or till ice cream is ready.
