- For sweet part Mix all Ingredients n blend to a smooth puree.
- For tangy part Mix all Ingredients except curd n give it a churn. Now add curd n blend to a smooth puree.
- Take ice cream moulds( I have taken small glass)
- First put the raw mango puree n freeze it for 15 min.
- Now pour sweet mango puree on it.
- Garnish with small mango cubes.
- Insert ice cream sticks in the middle.
- Freeze it for 8 to 10 hrs...
- Demould it keeping in water for some time n enjoy .
Notes
- The puree should be little thick in consistency
- If you want to avoid spicyness…don’t add chili
