Momos for Fast ......Yes its true .... Its my self innovated recipe. Now you can enjoy your favourite momos during fast.

  • For Dough: Chestnut flour- 1 bowl
  • Sago Saboodana - ½ bowl (soaked overnight)
  • Salt
  • oil- 2-3 tsp
  • For Stuffing : Paneer- ½ bowl cut in small cubes
  • Carrot- ½ bowl chopped
  • Peanut-1/2 bowl crushed
  • oil- 2-3 tsp
  • Chopped green chilli-1/2 tsp
  • Chopped green coriander-2tsp
  • White pepper-1/2 tsp
  • For Chutney:
  • Blanched Tomato-2
  • Whole red chilli- 4-5
  • Salt


  • First of all make a paste of sago grind it properly. Make dough with sago paste and chestnut flour and 2 spoon oil.
  • Take a pan add oil after that add chopped carrot toss it for 1 min add grated paneer and crushed peanuts mix it properly and last add green chilli , coriander and salt and white pepper mix it properly and cool the mixture.
  • Make momos and steam it in a steamer for 15 min.
  • Take tomatoes, whole red chilli and salt grind it properly. Serve the hot momos with spicy chutney.
