Ingredients
- 1 bowl Chestnut Flour or dough for dough
- Sago saboodana - รขยฝ bowl (soaked overnight)
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 bowl Stuffing cut in small cubes, or paneer for paneer
- 1/2 bowl Carrot chopped
- 1/2 bowl Peanut crushed
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Green Chillies chopped
- 1/2 cup Coriander chopped
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper
- For Chutney: for chutney
- 2 Tomato blanched
- 4 Whole Red Chilli
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- First of all make a paste of sago grind it properly. Make dough with sago paste and chestnut flour and 2 spoon oil.
- Take a pan add oil after that add chopped carrot toss it for 1 min add grated paneer and crushed peanuts mix it properly and last add green chilli , coriander and salt and white pepper mix it properly and cool the mixture.
- Make momos and steam it in a steamer for 15 min.
- Take tomatoes, whole red chilli and salt grind it properly. Serve the hot momos with spicy chutney.
