Ingredients
 

  • 1 bowl Chestnut Flour or dough for dough
  • Sago saboodana - â½ bowl (soaked overnight)
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 bowl Stuffing cut in small cubes, or paneer for paneer
  • 1/2 bowl Carrot chopped
  • 1/2 bowl Peanut crushed
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Green Chillies chopped
  • 1/2 cup Coriander chopped
  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper
  • For Chutney: for chutney
  • 2 Tomato blanched
  • 4 Whole Red Chilli
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • First of all make a paste of sago grind it properly. Make dough with sago paste and chestnut flour and 2 spoon oil.
  • Take a pan add oil after that add chopped carrot toss it for 1 min add grated paneer and crushed peanuts mix it properly and last add green chilli , coriander and salt and white pepper mix it properly and cool the mixture.
  • Make momos and steam it in a steamer for 15 min.
  • Take tomatoes, whole red chilli and salt grind it properly. Serve the hot momos with spicy chutney.
