Ingredients
For the Rice
- 1 cup Basmati Rice cooked according to package directions
For the Tempering
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds rai
- 1/2 tsp Gram black, split, urad dal
- 1-2 Chili Pepper adjust to your spice preference, red
- 5 Cashews
- 10 Curry Leaves
