Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 cup Moong sprouted and boiled
  • 1/2 cup Wheat soaked overnight and boiled
  • 1/4 cup Bajra soaked overnight and boiled
  • 1/4 cup Chana green boiled
  • 2 tsp Spring Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 spoon Oil
  • Peanuts coarse 3 to 4 tsp powder
  • to Red Capsicum or onion spring onion flowers garnish
  • 3 tsp Green Chutney

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add boiled moong sprouts, boiled wheat, boiled bajra, boiled green chana. Season it with salt and pepper powder. Sprinkle chaat masala

  • Now mix 3 to 4 tsp green chutney in it. Toss it well with a spoon. Now add chopped spring onion. Sprinkle coarse powder of peanuts. Garnish with red capsicum and spring onion flowers.
