When on weight loss spree eat this wholesome salad which has grains and greens both in right proportion and lots of fibre to keep you full. So when hunger pangs strikes, just grab this bowl.
In a bowl add boiled moong sprouts, boiled wheat, boiled bajra, boiled green chana.
Season it with salt and pepper powder.
Sprinkle chaat masala
Now mix 3 to 4 tsp green chutney in it.
Toss it well with a spoon.
Now add chopped spring onion.
Sprinkle coarse powder of peanuts.
Garnish with red capsicum and spring onion flowers.

You can add any seasonal vegetables of your choice in this salad
