Try out these healthy rotis with all the greens added to them Very flavourful and can be relished just with curd and pickle.

Ingredients
  

  • Palak methi, mint, coriander .... 1 cup (chopped finely)
  • Wheat flour ................ 2 -3 cups
  • Green chillies .... 2-3 finely chipped
  • Grated ginger .... 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder .. 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder ..... 1/4 tsp
  • Mango / amchoor powder .. 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ... 1/4 tsp
  • Kummel seeds or ajwain ... 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil / ghee

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients in the wheat flour and 1 tbsps of oil. Add salt to taste.

  • Knead into a soft dough adding enough water (you can add yogurt if you wish)

  • Roll out rotis.

  • Roast them on a griddle, spooning a little ghee or oil to make them crisp. Serve hot with any pickle, yogurt or any side dish .. whatever you prefer.
