Try out these healthy rotis with all the greens added to them Very flavourful and can be relished just with curd and pickle.

Ingredients
- Palak methi, mint, coriander .... 1 cup (chopped finely)
- Wheat flour ................ 2 -3 cups
- Green chillies .... 2-3 finely chipped
- Grated ginger .... 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder .. 1/4 tsp
- Cumin powder ..... 1/4 tsp
- Mango / amchoor powder .. 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder ... 1/4 tsp
- Kummel seeds or ajwain ... 1 tsp
- Salt
- Oil / ghee

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in the wheat flour and 1 tbsps of oil. Add salt to taste.
- Knead into a soft dough adding enough water (you can add yogurt if you wish)
- Roll out rotis.
- Roast them on a griddle, spooning a little ghee or oil to make them crisp. Serve hot with any pickle, yogurt or any side dish .. whatever you prefer.
