About this recipe

Lori festival mostly held in Punjab before shankranti in their new year. Bon fire and dance with joy. There are so many recipes which distributed. Laddoo also a favorite recipe.

Ingredients for Gajar Ka Laddoo (lori)

  • 500 gms grated carrot
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mawa
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup cashew nut
  • 1/2 cup mixed dry fruits
  • 1/2 cup pure ghee
  • 1/2 fresh cream

How to cook Gajar Ka Laddoo (lori)

  1. Take a frying pan heat add grated carrot and ghee. Carrot will be shallow fry. Add sugar stir continuously till non sticky.

  2. Add mixed dry fruits, cardamom powder and mawa and mix well. Give laddoo shape and garnish with cashew nut fresh cream.

Notes

It can be kept more than a week.
