  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 2 inch ginger sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  • Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon mango powder
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 1 reason lemon juice
  • 4 table spoon cooking oil


  • Heat oil in a wok add zeera n wait till the color get lightly change .
  • Add ginger n saute it for 30seconds.
  • Add carrot n green peas saute it for 2minutes.
  • Add salt, red chilly powder. Coriander powder n turmeric powder n pour little water coz mixture should not too dry, cover the lid n cook it in low flame for 3 to 4 minutes till the oil floats over the masala.
  • Add mango powder mix well. Now finally add lenom juice, mix it and switch off the gas.
