Fruit Cream… A Refreshing Dessert

Ingredients
- 2 oo ml 1 cup Cream, dairy or non-dairy
- 2 or 3 Tbsp or as per taste Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
- 3 or 3.5 Cup Chopped mixed fruits
Instructions
- Add sugar to cream.
- Keep the bowl of cream in a bowl filled with ice (or on an ice tray) and beat it for 3-4 minutes using a hand blender or a wire whisk. Beating makes the cream light.
- Add vanilla extract and the chopped fruits along with their juices(juices that come out while chopping fruits)
- Decorate with jelly or chocolate shavings or confetti or any other thing you like.
- Cover it with cling film and refrigerate for few hours.
- Serve with loads of love, jelly optional.
- Arrange all the ingredients.
