  • 2 tsp desiccated coconut
  • 2 tsp sugar powder

How to cook?
  1. Banana should be slit vertically. Heat the frying pan add butter, sugar powder, cinnamon powder, stir a few seconds. Then add slited banana and desiccated coconut.
  2. Stir fry a minutes till brown.
  3. Fried banana will be more tasteful serve with ice cream.
