Ingredients
- 4 piece ripe banana
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 teaspoon desiccated coconut
- 2 teaspoon Powdered Sugar

Instructions
- Banana should be slit vertically. Heat the frying pan add butter, sugar powder, cinnamon powder, stir a few seconds. Then add slited banana and desiccated coconut.
- Stir fry a minutes till brown.
- Fried banana will be more tasteful serve with ice cream.
