Ingredients
  

  • 4 piece ripe banana
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoon desiccated coconut
  • 2 teaspoon Powdered Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Banana should be slit vertically. Heat the frying pan add butter, sugar powder, cinnamon powder, stir a few seconds. Then add slited banana and desiccated coconut.
  • Stir fry a minutes till brown.
  • Fried banana will be more tasteful serve with ice cream.
