Ingredients

- 200 gm Cottage Cheese cut into 1-inch cubes, indian cottage cheese
For the Marinade
- 1 cup Yogurt greek yogurt can be substituted, hung yogurt
- 2 tbsp Fenugreek Leaf dried fenugreek leaves
- 2 tbsp Cream heavy cream or malai (indian cream)
- 1 tsp Chili Paste green
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 2 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1-2 tbsp Gram Flour roasted besan (chickpea flour)
- 1 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Pepper black, ground
For Serving (Optional)
Instructions
Marinate the Paneer
- Combine hung curd, kasuri methi, cream, green chili paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, roasted gram flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add paneer cubes and gently toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably longer for maximum flavor.
