Instructions

- In a separate shallow dish, whisk together the all-purpose flour and water to create a smooth, thick slurry. In another shallow dish, place the crushed cornflakes.
Coat and Fry the Paneer
- Dip each marinated paneer cube into the flour slurry, ensuring itβs fully coated. Then, roll the coated paneer in the crushed cornflakes, pressing gently to adhere.
Deep Fry

Fry in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch. Remove and place on a wire rack or paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for Extra Crispy Paneer Tikka:
- For extra crispy paneer, ensure the oil is hot enough before adding the paneer. If the oil is not hot enough, the paneer will absorb too much oil.
- Don't overcrowd the pan when frying. Fry in batches to ensure even browning and crispiness.
- Allow the fried paneer to drain thoroughly on a wire rack or paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Experiment with different spice combinations to customize the flavor to your liking. Add a pinch of chili powder for extra heat!
