- 250 gm Cottage Cheese indian cheese; cut into 2-inch cubes or rectangular pieces
- 2 tbsp Lahori Seasoning Mix recipe in the notes
- 1/4 cup Yogurt adds creaminess and helps the marinade adhere.
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice enhances flavor and tenderizes the paneer.
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala optional, adds depth of flavor.
For Serving
- 1 cup Mint Sauce
- 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil for shallow frying
Instructions

- 2–3 green cardamoms
- 1 black cardamom
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf
- ½ tsp nutmeg (grated)
