An amazingly done superfood by me for a hassle free morning breakfast full of health and vitality. It gives you and your child much needed energy to kickstart your day. Mixed dry fruits are used in these lovely pancakes by me. However you can use your favourite pick. Fluffy pancakes are at your disposal in no time.

Ingredients
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 cup Milk full fat
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Fruits almonds and cashewnuts mixed dry slivered

Instructions
- Make a thick batter using all the ingredients except egg whites, butter and mixed dry fruits. Beat egg whites until stiff and foamy. Fold this in the batter very lightly until well mixed.
- Open the lid and sprinkle your favourite chopped nuts and cook again for 1 more minute. Flip it after a minute and cook for one more minute.
- Fluffy, beautifully done pancakes are ready to be devoured with favourite toppings as desired.
Recipe Notes
Keep one thing in mind always. Do not keep the unused batter in refrigerator for reusing it. Always make it fresh. And pancakes do not require any standing time too. So start making them as soon as the batter is ready. Beating egg whites is a secret to fluffy pancakes on stovetop. So try to follow these tips for a delicious pancake on your plate.
