Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 kg Mutton
  • 1/1/2 tbsp Onion Paste
  • 1 no Onion sliced
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/1/2 cup Thick Curd
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • 1 tsp Green Chili Paste
  • 2 tsp Red Chili Powder or taste
  • 1/1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 Black Cardamom
  • 1 stick Stick Cinemon cinemon
  • 2 Cardamom
  • 4 clove Clove
  • 6 to 8 Black Paper black paper
  • 1/2 piece Mace
  • 1/2 tsp Black Paper Powder
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Desi Ghee
  • leaves Garnishing or coriander coriander for

Instructions
 

  • Wash the mutton and dry with a muslin cloth.
  • Now marinade with lemon juice,1 tbsp ginger,garlic paste,black paper powder,green chili paste, and 1 tsp salt.keep aside for 1/2 hour.
  • Heat the ghee and golden fry the sliced onion.
  • Heat the oil in heavy bottom pan add cumin and whole spices, when they splutter add ginger,garlic paste,onion paste.saute till brown .
  • Add dry spices saute 5 minute,now add marinated mutton mix well,add whisked curd,fried onion,roast it till oil separates.
  • Add water as require cook till done.
  • Garnish with coriander serve with chapati or rice...
