A delicious Red Purifier, filled with the goodness of beetroot, tomatoes, cucumber, ginger, lemon and coriander leaves. This juice is rich in anti-oxidants and also provides anti-inflammatory support against heart disease and cancer. Ingredients
- 1 Beetroot washed, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 Big tomato washed and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 Medium size cucumber peeled and cut into cubes
- 2 to 2.5 inch Ginger coarsely chopped
- 1 Large lemon
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Coarsely chopped coriander leaves
- Black Salt to taste
- Filtered water

Instructions
- Prepare all the vegetables as mentioned above. (Remember to clean the veggies well because this juice is not strained.) Squeeze out the juice from the lemon. Keep aside.
- Take a blender (if you have a juicer, use that) and add all the ingredients along with a little water into it. (Don't add too much water in the beginning as it will hinder the grinding process. Add gradually as per desired consistency.)
- Grind till you get a smooth consistency. At this stage, check for salt and add more water if necessary. Give it a quick pulse once again till everything is combined well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for sometime (if needed) or serve immediately.

I have never actually tried having vegetable juices ..as always like hot soups. As I am bit skeptical of the taste when tasted raw but will give it a try for sure.
