- 4 slice Bread
- 2 tbsp Butter of amul
- 3.5 clove Garlic minced
- Oregano Flakes
- Chilli Flakes
- 1.5 tsp Salt if required, or as per taste

- Melt butter in a small bowl. Add minced garlic, and mix well.
Prepare the Bread
- Cut each bread slice in half.
Spread the Garlic Butter
- Spread the garlic butter evenly onto each bread slice.
Cook on the Tawa
- Heat a tawa (griddle) over medium heat. Place the bread slices on the hot tawa. Cover with a lid or a plate to help cook evenly and prevent burning.
Toast to Perfection
- Cook until the bread is golden brown and slightly crispy on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side, adjusting heat as needed.
Finish and Serve
