Soya Potato Fingers

This recipe is easy to make an the ingredients what we use in our day to day life

  • 1 cup fine semolina
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon curds
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 3to4 green chillies chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 3 tablespoon cornflour
  • Oil for frying
  • Few coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala pd
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala pd
  • 5to6 soya chunks


  • Dry roast the semolina, then pour it in a bowl. Add curds an mix well . Then add the boiled potatoes an smash them nicely, then in another bowl add hot water dip the soya chunks . Squeeze the water completely. Then grind it
  • Then add salt, coriander leaves,ginger paste, garam masala pd,chat masala pd,an mix well. Grind the soya chunks an add it to the mixture. Then take a small piece roll it like jamoon shape with both ur hands. Dip in cornflour the rolls an deep fry it


You can use meat, panneer if you want
