Ingredients
- 1 cup fine semolina
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon curds
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 3to4 green chillies chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 3 tablespoon cornflour
- Oil for frying
- Few coriander leaves chopped
- 1 teaspoon garam masala pd
- 1 teaspoon chat masala pd
- 5to6 soya chunks

Instructions
- Dry roast the semolina, then pour it in a bowl. Add curds an mix well . Then add the boiled potatoes an smash them nicely, then in another bowl add hot water dip the soya chunks . Squeeze the water completely. Then grind it
- Then add salt, coriander leaves,ginger paste, garam masala pd,chat masala pd,an mix well. Grind the soya chunks an add it to the mixture. Then take a small piece roll it like jamoon shape with both ur hands. Dip in cornflour the rolls an deep fry it

You can use meat, panneer if you want
