Paneer & Marinade
- 250 gm Cottage Cheese indian cheese; can be substituted with firm tofu
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder adjust to your spice preference
- 1 tsp Salt
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil or any cooking oil of your choice
Instructions
Dry Marinate the Paneer
- Add 250g paneer cubes to a bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, and 1 tablespoon chili powder.
- Mix thoroughly to coat the paneer evenly.
- Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.

- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated paneer cubes to the hot oil.
