For the Noodle Base

  • 2 packages Yippee Noodles or similar instant noodle brand; you may use 2 regular noodle packs instead
  • 2 packets Yippee Noodle Seasoning or equivalent seasoning from your chosen noodle brand
  • 2 large Eggs

Prepare the Ingredients

  • Chop the onion and tomato. Shred the mozzarella cheese. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.

Cook the Noodles

  • Boil water, add the Yippee Noodles, and cook according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

Sauté Aromatics

  • Heat olive oil in a pan. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in the Italian seasoning and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Assemble the Noodle Pizza

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet. Spread the cooked noodles evenly on the baking sheet.

Add the Egg Wash
