- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste

- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder red
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Coriander
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric for color, optional
- 1/4 tsp Salt or to taste
- Water as needed Water to make a smooth batter

- 2 large Pumpkin Leaves
- 1 cup Oil for deep frying
