Ingredients
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate
- 1/2 cup Condensed Milk sweetened
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
For Coating
- 1/4 cup Coconut desiccated
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cup Chocolate melted

Instructions
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Continuously stir the chocolate till it melts and becomes smooth or in microwave for 2 minutes.
- Once the melted chocolate has cooled down a bit add a half cup of sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Fold them slowly so that the tow ingredient mix well.
- The mixture looks like this after mixing.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes so the truffle mixture sets hard enough to roll and make balls.
- After 30 mins, take out a small portion of the mixture with a help of spoon and make small 1 inch sized balls of it. Roll truffles in desiccated coconut
- Roll truffles in cocoa powder
- You can also dip the truffles in melted dark, milk or white chocolate take it out with a help of fork and place on a parchment paper. Let it set for 10 mins in refrigerator and serve!
Recipe Notes
- You can roll the chocolate truffles in peanut butter, coat with choco chips, chopped almonds or nuts or in crushed oreo cookies.
- You can also add choco chips or raisins in the mixture at the time of adding condensed milk.
