Beetroot Halwa
Ingredients
- 1 kg Beetroot
- 1 kg Milk
- 3 tbsp Desi Ghee
- 150 gm Garnishing or khoya khoya for
- 1 tsp cardamom powder green
- 2 tsp Pista chopped
- 300 gm Sugar
- 2 tsp Garnishing or almond almond flakes for

Instructions
- Heat the pan, add ghee in it
- Add grated beetroot and cook for 5 mts.
- After 5 mts add milk, boil the mixture till milk has reduced in quantity then add sugar.
- Let the mixture cook for 15 mts, once the mixture dried out add Caedmon powder, pista chopped and give a quick stir.
- Beetroot halwa is ready, sprinkle some khoya on it. Serve it immediately.
Recipe Notes
- Do not over cook the ingredients.
