Ingredients
  

  • For the t base: 10-digestive biscuits ground finely
  • 2 tablespoon grated paneer
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter 1tbsp icing sugar
  • For the paneer mixture –6tsp icing sugar 1/4cup whipping cream,
  • 1/2 cup grated paneer ,
  • Few drops of vanilla essence
  • for topping -grated chocolate
  • To garnish-paneer flower grated chocolate,chocolate leaves, fruit sauce

Instructions
 

  • Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with the melted butter, grated paneer and 1 tablespoon of the icing sugar. Spread a layer of this mixture in base of any bowl.

  • Whip cream with icing sugar until soft peak stage. Add vanilla essence. Blend well .Fold this mixture into grated paneer and mix thoroughly. Spread paneer thick layer over base

  • Cover with grated chocolate and Freeze until firm and set. Garnish- with paneer flower,grated chocolate, chocolate leaves, fruit sauce.
