- 1 BIG CARROT
- 1 GLASS MILK
- VANILA ESSENSE 1 DROP
- HONEY 1 TSP
- WATER AS REQUIRED

Instructions
- First take a grinder , add grated carrot and milk . Process both ingredients well .
- Now add honey and vanila essense and water as required . Process all ingredients well . Our shake is ready. Pour this into the glasses . Serve chilled.
