Recipe Notes

Additional Tips

  • For a visually striking presentation, layer thin slices of kiwi and orange inside the glass before pouring the drink, allowing the vibrant colors to show through the lemonade.
  • To enhance the tangy flavor, consider adding a pinch of black salt (kala namak) or chaat masala, which is popular in Indian beverages and adds a subtle savory note.
  • If serving to a crowd, freeze small chunks of kiwi and orange in your lemonade ice cubes—this keeps the drink cold without diluting the flavor as the ice melts.
  • For a non-fizzy version suitable for kids, replace the soda water with coconut water or plain chilled water for a smoother, naturally sweet finish.
