2 Potatoes Peeled and cut
1/4 cup spinach
to taste salt
to taste red chilli powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 Tablespoon tamarind chutney sweet
1/4 cup curd
2 Tablespoon dried salted boondi
2 Tablespoon mustard oil
In a tsp of oil wilt the palak leaves.
In another pan Toast the potato cubes in a tsp of oil till golden brown. add salt and cook for few more minutes.
In a serving plate add potatoes and wilted palak.
Add curd, chuthey, boondi and all spices.
