Ingredients
  

  • 6 pavs cut into pieces
  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoon chopped cashewnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon orange food color
  • 1 cup clarified butter
  • Some cherries for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Heat clarified butter in deep wok, fry almonds and cashews for minute on low flame. Transfer to a plate and keep aside for garnishing. Add pav and deep fry pav pieces till it turn into golden brown and crisp. Transfer it to a plate and keep aside.
  • In same wok in same clarified butter add green cardamom cook it for 30minutes.
  • Add milk n bring it to boil. Add sugar n saute till sugar dissolve.
  • Add orange food color mix it n cook for minutes.
  • Add fried pav, almonds, cashews, mix it and cook till pav absorb milk. Mash pav. Switch off the flame.
  • Pav Ka Halwa is ready to serve. Serve in plate and garnish with deep fried cashews, almonds and cherries
