Salty porridge We should always try to keep ourselves healthy. Sometimes we need light breakfast which is good for our lifestyle. Here I made salty porridge with dalia (broken wheat). It is light and full your stomach for a long time. Very easy to cook accompanying with green veggies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl mixed veggies
  • ½ bowl dalia
  • 1 tbsp ginger turmeric paste
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Soak the dalia for an hour with warm water. After then the quantity will become double.

  • Chop the green veggies and keep separate.

  • Take a pan add oil ginger and turmeric paste. Add chopped green veggies and stir until cooked.

  • Add soaked dalia and mix well then add garam masala. Again mix evenly then serve the salty porridge.
