Nannari syrup is extracted from the roots of Sarasaparilla herb. Sarasaparilla is a medicinal plant that has roots with therapeutic properties. The centre portion of the root is removed and the outer part of the roots are boiled in water and sugar for nannari extract. Nannari extract is also known as naruneendi. It is a popular summer beverage in India. Health benefits: It is a wonderful coolant. It also works as an excellent blood purifier and diuretic. It is good for people with urinary problem, skin problems, stomach heat problems, as a refreshment in summer times, also help dysentery due to bowel heat. Ingredients
  

  • Nannari syrup – 3 tbsp
  • Milk – a tall glass

Instructions
 

  • Boil the milk, bring it to room temperature.
  • Stir in 3 tbsp of nannari syrup with boiled milk.
  • Refrigerate and serve. Served chilled or at room temperature.
