Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken leg pieces Large
  • 100 gms Hung curd
  • 4 tablespoon Nandos Peri peri sauce
  • 2 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt
  • 1 bunch of chopped Coriander
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Butter

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with curd, salt, chilli powder and ginger garlic paste. Keep it aside for 1 hour.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces again with Nando’s peri peri sauce, and keep it in the freezer for 1 hour.
  • Brush the oil on the chicken. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 15 minutes. Bake the chicken for 35 minutes.
  • Brush butter on the chicken, add the chopped coriander, oregano and chilli flakes. Serve hot.
