Ingredients
- 1 cup Jackfruit (boiled)
- 1 Capsicum (chopped and julian)
- 1 Onion (medium sized chopped)
- 2 Cucumber (julian and chopped)
- 1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (crushed)
- 1 tsp Oregano Flakes (oregon)
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tbsp Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Bread (flat for rolling)
- Butter Paper (for wrapping)
- 1.5 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Chopped all the ingredients, onion, capsicum, cucumber and garlic.
- Make a Julian of cucumber.
- Spread the boiled tender jackfruit.
- Take a frying pan add oil, chopped garlic and saute. Then add all the ingredients chopped onion, chopped capsicum, cucumber, boiled jackfruit, black pepper, tomato paste, coconut milk and salt.
- Toast the flat bread brush with olive oil. Toast both sides for a few seconds.
- Pan fry till cook, now add Oregon and chilly flakes.
- Put the fillings into the center and wrap with a butter paper.
- It can be cut into two pieces.
- Can be served whole jackfruit roll.

It can be served as a breakfast or snacks. It can be packed in tiffin box.
Additional Tips
- For an extra punch of flavor, toss the shredded jackfruit with a splash of lemon juice and a sprinkle of chaat masala just before assembling the Franky.
- If you prefer a crispier texture, briefly pan-sear the cooked jackfruit mixture in a non-stick skillet over high heat until the edges brown slightly.
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free wraps or large lettuce leaves as the base for your Franky.
- To keep the roll from getting soggy, pat dry the cucumber and onion slices with a paper towel before adding them to the wrap.
