Ingredients
  

  • 250 gms small fish
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon onion juice
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • Chat masala
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Bring small fish and clean. Wash fish 10-12 times final wash with turmeric powder and salt.

  • Then marinate with salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice, onion juice and ginger garlic juice. Keep for fifteen minutes.
  • Now take a frying pan add oil for dip fry. Add mustered oil and crispy fry.
  • Serve with green salad and chat masala.

Notes

Serve with cold drinks.
