Silken Chocolate Pudding

I was browsing some diet recipes, from the book " South beach diet" I found this Silken Chocolate pudding recipe. A Chocolate Pudding which is made without egg and milk. Silk soft tofu is the main ingredient of this recipe. It tastes amazing and gets ready in minutes. I had no idea that with tofu I can make this delicious Silken Chocolate Pudding. It's a great recipe which can be consumed as a dessert or in times of light food cravings.

Ingredients
- 1 pack tofu soft
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1/4 cup Granula sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 4 tbsp Whipped cream for topping
- 2 tbsp Walnut chopped

Instructions
- In a blender, combine tofu, cocoa powder, sugar substitute, vanilla and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Spoon the pudding into serving bowls and add dollops of whipped topping on it. Sprinkle chopped nuts on it. Serve chilled.
Notes
- Do not add the topping until ready to serve.
