Another variation of good old Idlis.

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 leftover idlis
  • Salt
  • ½ cup curd
  • ½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon tandoori masala
  • ¼ teaspoon garam masala
  • ¼ teaspoon jeera powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dhania powder

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the marinade by whisking the curd and adding all seasonings. Cut each idli into 4 long pieces.
  • Pour the marinade over the idlis and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes. Remove and carefully deep fry / shallow fry / grill till done. Serve with any dip / chutney etc.
