Children like cookies but with cinnamon and dried ginger it different taste. When children feel cold they can eat this cookies.

Ingredients
- 2 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup malted barley flour
- 2 egg
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 1 cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- Milk as required
- Whole 6 inches long cinnamon for garnishing

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add wheat, barely flour, butter cane sugar, eggs, cinnamon powder, dried ginger powder, baking soda, vanilla extract and salt. Make a semi solid batter. Add milk as required.
- Bake in a preheated oven. Spread a aluminum foil and pour 1 tbsp. batter with an inch gap. Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.
- It can be packed more than one month. Garnish with 6 inches long cinnamon stick. Combinations with tea/coffee.
