Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup cooked and thoroughly rinsed black beans
  • 1/2 cup quick oats powdered
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate 60g
  • 1/4 cup coconut or vegetable oil 40g
  • 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 175 degree Celsius.
  • Melt 1/3 cup dark chocolate with coconut/vegetable oil in a microwave.
  • Combine all ingredients except chopped chocolates and walnuts in a good food processor, and blend until completely smooth. (Really blend well).
  • Stir in the chopped chocolate and walnuts, then pour into a greased 8×8 pan.
  • Bake the black bean brownies 20-22 minutes, then let cool completely before trying to cut. (To get clean cuts use a warm knife.)
