Ingredients
- BROWNIE - All purpose Flour 3/4 cups
- Coco powder 1/4 cup
- baking powder 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/8 tsp
- Thick Curd 1/2 cup
- Unsalted butter 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- vanilla Essence 2 tsp
- Red gel food color 2 tsp
- White vinegar 3/4 tsp
- TOPPINGS - Cream cheese 1/2 cup
- Golden syrup 1 tbsp
- Thick curd 1 tbsp

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F and grease 8x8" baking pan with butter.
- Sieve all the dry ingredients.
- Mix together butter, sugar, curd, vanilla essence, red food color and white vinegar until creamy.
- Mix all the dry ingredients in this butter mixture and keep aside.
- In separate bowl, mix together cream cheese golden syrup and curd.
- Pour the Brownie mixture in prepared baking pan, add cream cheese dollops over the brownie mixture and create swirl patterns using a toothpick.
- Bake in preheated oven for 28-30 mins.
Notes
This Brownie bars are good to keep in room temperature for 3 days and upto a week when refrigerated.
