Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium bunch Phul gobi cauliflower grated
  • 2 medium sized potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1 teaspoon chilli ginger paste
  • Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Haldi powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon jeera dhania powder
  • 1 teaspoon amchur powder
  • Oil for roasting the Parathas
  • 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • Salt
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • Water for binding semi soft dough for Parathas

Instructions
 

  • In a non stick pan heat oil.Add hing n chilli ginger paste n saute for a minute.
  • Add grated cauliflower n small chopped pieces of potatoes.Saute it n add salt n Haldi powder.
  • Cover the pan with a lid n keep it on a slow flame. Stir it in n check it in intervals.
  • When the vegetables roasted cooked off the gas.
  • Now add all the spices n mix well. Add chopped Coriander leaves.
  • Now in a big Thali mix whole wheat flour, salt n oil .Bind the flour into a semi soft dough using water.
  • Make small equal portions the dough. Roll each ball into a circle .Place the prepared stuffing on the roti n again roll it in a round roti.
  • Now heat a griddle n roast the Parathas on both sides using oil.
  • Serve hot with dahi or tomato sauce for breakfast.
  • Enjoy.
