Whole Wheat Flour

or dough for binding semi soft dough for parathas
Instructions
In a non stick pan heat oil.Add hing n chilli ginger paste n saute for a minute.
Add grated cauliflower n small chopped pieces of potatoes.Saute it n add salt n Haldi powder.
Cover the pan with a lid n keep it on a slow flame. Stir it in n check it in intervals.
When the vegetables roasted cooked off the gas.
Now add all the spices n mix well. Add chopped Coriander leaves.
Now in a big Thali mix whole wheat flour, salt n oil .Bind the flour into a semi soft dough using water.
Make small equal portions the dough. Roll each ball into a circle .Place the prepared stuffing on the roti n again roll it in a round roti.
Now heat a griddle n
roast
the Parathas on both sides using oil.
Serve hot with dahi or tomato sauce for breakfast.
