Instructions
- Wash and peel the skin of the mango and grate it. Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaf,cumin seeds and whole red chilly to crackle. Add grated mango and sugar and mix well. Keep stiring in low flame till it thickness n water dries out.
- Don`t over cook. A finger licking pickle ready to eat.
